2000 Regent Parklane 20'6" Caravan

This van is set up with everything needed to go free camping and stay out there indefinitely! It tows great, is a solid van and is currently registered in Victoria.

The van has had extensive works undertaken since we have owned it, including being professionally reskinned and updated to have 12volt and USB throughout and a certified suspension and AGM upgrade to have a massive 1180kg payload. All 12v work, inverter installation, etc. done by autolec (no backyard electrical upgrades).

·         Plated Van Tare 2020kg, ATM3200Kg, GTM 2900kg, 300kg max tow ball load

·         2 spare wheels but only 1 currently on van. Replaced 2nd spare with tool box (Will supply 2nd spare)

·         Good sized combined ensuite with toilet, shower, hand basin and exhaust hatch.

·         2 fresh water tanks totalling approx. 200 litres and 12v pump and tap on draw bar

·         Suburban gas / electric hot water system. Installed just over 12 months ago.

·         Flix mixer taps in kitchen and ensuite and filtered water tap in kitchen with twin filter cartridges.

·         Gas cook top with full grill and oven and 240V microwave and range hood

·         Electrolux 3 way fridge freezer (works great on all three power functions)

·         2 x 8.5kg gas cylinders

·         Lift up queen bed with large storage area underneath.

·         L shape lounge with storage underneath and heaps of cupboards throughout van. All with piano hinges and gas struts.

·         Roll out awning with new skin (Note: Photos show old skin).

·         IBIS 3 air conditioner

·         Webasto 2.5kw diesel heater

·         Sirocco 12v fan over bed

·         USB and 240V power on both sides of bed and throughout the van

·         12v ceiling and reading lights throughout the van.

·         5G MIMO multi directional antenna mounted on roof which currently plugs into a M5 Nighthawk 5G router. Great for streaming and working remotely from van. (Will provide Router for extra $300 ($600 new))

·         Wind up Amplified Wingard digital antenna.

·         2 x 170watt solar panels on roof and 30amp iTech MPPT solar controller in van

·         Front boot with storage room and houses the following:

o   2 x 120 AH iTech Lithium Batteries

o   2000watt iTech pure sine inverter with remote in van, which powers selected power points.

o   Redarc BCDC1225D Charger which has solar input through Anderson plug for extra portable solar panels, and for charging batteries whilst van is connected to tow vehicle.

o   Victronox Smart Shunt for remote monitoring of 12v power system

o   CTEK M300 240V battery charger (For when plugged into 240v)

o   Safety Dave rear view camera

o   Emergency breakaway system

The outside looks great. The inside shows a bit of age, but everything in the van is solid and is functional. I have all the manuals for the equipment and appliances, inc receipts and info where the work was done so you can verify.
